Mr Gwee Wee Chen is a Information and Systems Manager at the Institute of Policy Studies.

Mr Gwee manages the Information Resource Unit (IRU) at IPS.  He is the webmaster for IPS and is our in-house designer.

Prior to joining IPS in 1991, he worked in Econometric Studies Unit, Department of Economics and Statistics, National University of Singapore.

Mr Gwee holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Economics from the University of Kent at Canterbury and a Master of Social Science in Economics from the National University of Singapore. He is a Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) and Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA).
